Recent studies show that the most important factors for women when looking for a career are

• Flexible schedule – we want to be able to be flexible especially if we have children…we don’t want to miss school events and sport events. When a child is sick and needs to stay at home, we want to be the ones there for our babies! We want to pick them up and take them to their extracurricular activities and be home to relax and cook a healthy meal!
• Opportunity to move up - you should be the one that determines this
• Extra income – what could you do with an extra $300, $500 or $1000 per month? (For starters!!)…you set the limit.
